The fastest way to reach us is email. Please include your iOS version, VadeFlow build (More → Settings → About), and a short description of what you saw vs. what you expected.
Tap the + button on the Bills tab. Pick a provider from the smart suggestions or type a custom one, set the amount and due date, choose a category, and save. You can mark it paid later with a swipe right from the list.
A bill is money you owe (out). A receivable is money owed to you (in). The Home tab merges both into a single timeline so you always see your net cash position for the month.
Make sure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → VadeFlow → Notifications. VadeFlow uses local notifications scheduled by your device — they don't depend on a push server. If they still don't show, toggle the bill off and on again to re-schedule.
More → Settings → Privacy → Require Face ID at launch. The app will also blur its contents in the multitasking switcher so a quick glance can't reveal your bills.
No — and that's by design. Bank connections introduce a large attack surface and an ongoing data-sharing relationship. VadeFlow stores only the bills and receivables you type in, so the app never has access to your actual accounts.
A bill or receivable is "overdue" when today's date is past its due date and its status is still unpaid / not received. They appear at the top of the list with a red marker until you mark them done or edit the date.
Provider suggestions are based on your locale. You can always type any custom provider name — the field is free-text. If you want region-specific suggestions added, email us with the country and a list of common providers.
More → Settings → Account → Delete account. Two-step confirmation. Your profile, bills, receivables and preferences are erased within 30 days. There's no way to undo a deletion, so make sure first.
Email contact@jorasoft.com from the address on your account; we'll send a JSON dump of your bills and receivables within 30 days.
