AirGamePlay is a party-games app that turns your iPhone into a controller and casts a shared game lobby onto an AirPlay-enabled TV. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, where it is stored, and how you can control or delete it.
If you play as Guest, the app stores nothing about you on any server. Local high scores are kept on your device only. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Sign-in uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. We receive only the identifier the provider returns (Apple user id / Google sub) plus, optionally, your name and a relay email if you grant them. We do not see your password.
Your profile (display name, total score, games played) is stored in Google Firestore under users/{uid}. Leaderboard entries are visible to other signed-in users when you opt in.
AirPlay receiver discovery happens locally on your network. We do not collect or transmit information about the receivers you connect to. Discovery uses standard iOS APIs and does not require additional permissions.
Drawings, typed words, answers and audio used during a round live only in memory on the playing devices and are discarded when the round ends. We never upload them.
Aggregate counters (total games played, score totals) are stored under your account only if you signed in.
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics only for aggregate usage and crash diagnosis. Identifiers are reset when you delete your account. App tracking transparency (ATT) consent is requested before any tracking-class identifiers are collected.
Guest mode: nothing to retain on our side.
Signed-in accounts: data is kept until you delete it. Deletion (Settings → Account → Delete account) erases your profile, scores and leaderboard entries within 30 days.
AirGamePlay is intended for users aged 4 and over (Apple's Age Rating 4+). The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child uses Guest mode, no data is collected at all.
Account data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) in the region closest to the Jorasoft project. Standard Google Cloud security applies. Cross-border transfers are governed by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.
If we make material changes we will note them in the app and update the effective date above.
